Normally, you cannot specify the car type when you make a reservation, but if you subscribe to S.RIDE Premium, you can specify the car type even when you make a reservation. In addition, please note that if there are few vehicles, we may make arrangements other than the desired car type because priority is given to securing the car.
Anyone can use S.RIDE Premium, but the reservation order is available only in Tokyo's 23 wards, Musashino City, and Mitaka City.

Cancellation is not possible during the service usage period (one month after the registration procedure is completed). If you want to stop automatic renewal, select "Disable auto-renewal" from the "Subscription plan" menu.
The automatic renewal date will be the same day one month after the application date. If you do not stop the automatic renewal by the day before the renewal date, the service contract period will be automatically renewed and payment will be made automatically. Payment on the renewal date will be automatically made using the payment method specified by the customer.
