Specify minivan type
You can choose a luxury minivan that can seat up to six people as many times as you like at no extra charge.

Taxi Spot is a function to efficiently catch a taxi on the street. If upgraded, Recommended Taxi Spots will be displayed in a total of 4 levels.

What is Premium Search?
Premium Search enables smarter dispatch even if there are fewer taxis around compared to the normal search by Ride. This service is available in all S.RIDE service areas. If you subscribe to S.RIDE Premium, you can use it as many times as you like, but taxi fees (taxi fare & pick-up fee etc.) will be charged. Please note that the taxi dispatch success rate is a figure calculated based on data from Sep.-Nov. 2024, and does not guarantee taxi dispatch.

What is Service fee?
Service fee are charged separately from taxi fares when you use "Reservation dispatch" and "Airport flat rate". If you subscribe to S.RIDE Premium, Service fee will be free no matter how many times you use it, but other fares (taxi fare & pick-up fee etc.) will be charged. Additionally, when you use an "Airport flat rate", flat rate fare & toll road fee will be charged.

What is "Airport flat rate" ?
"Airport flat rate" allows you to go to Haneda Airport and Narita Airport for a fixed fare. You can use it by selecting the "Airport flat rate" on Reserve. When you use it, flat rate fare , toll road fee and Service fee will be charged. If you subscribe to S.RIDE Premium, Service fee will be free no matter how many times you use it.

What is minivan type taxi specifying?
If you specify a minivan type taxi, you can specify a taxi that can seat up to 6 people by Ride. Only You pay the regular fee (taxi fare & pick-up fee etc.) , there is no specified fee, even if you specify a minivan type. You can only use this service if there are minivan type taxis around you in 23 Wards of Tokyo, Musashino City, and Mitaka City.

What is Taxt Spot?
Taxi Spot indicate locations on the map where you can easy to take a taxi by S.RIDE using pin icons. If you want to take a taxi, just walk to where the pin icon is displayed and "raise your hand." Taxis may not always arrive at the time shown on the icon, so please use this as a guide to where and how long you should wait for a taxi.

What is car type designation by Reserve?
If you subscribe to S.RIDE Premium, you can specify the car type by Reserve, but non-subscriber cannot specify car type by Reserve. If there are few taxis around, we will give priority to catching one, so we may dispatch a different car type than the one you specified.

What is S.RIDE Point?
S.RIDE Point is a program that you can earn when you ride by S.RIDE. Points will be awarded if you registered email and password in the S.RIDE app.

How do I unsubscribe S.RIDE Premium?
If you want to stop automatic renewal for the next month, please select "Disable auto-renewal" from "Subscription plan". Cancellation during the subscription period (1 month after subscription completion) is not possible.
The automatic renewal date will be the same day one month after the date of subscription completion. If you do not stop automatic renewal by the day before the renewal date, your subscription will be renewed for one month and automatically charged. Renewal payments will use the payment method you selected at the start of your subscription. -
How can I change a payment method for S.RIDE Premium?
Please "stop auto renewal" of S.RIDE Premium, and then "resume automatic renewal" using a new payment method if you want to stop automatic renewal of S.RIDE next month. Please follow the same steps if you want to renew your registered credit card or CAB card after it has expired.
